analysing Beyonce –Armani - Diamonds campaign

1. beyonce is modelling a pose that is sideways and her face is straight into the camera. shes in action and shes singing. shes confident because of the way she is standing and shes holding microphone stand because it connotates the focus on her. in the tv advert beyonce is dancing with her arms raised and shes moving her body fast and shes shaking because shes excited about diamonds.
2. in this picture beyonces mouth is open wide because shes singing loudly and her hair is sticking out   and this shows that shes strong. in the tv advert beyonce is loud first then she goes quiet and the loud again at the end.
3. in the tv advert the setting is inside a stage and its spotlighting on beyonce because the focus is on her but u cant seee no audiences because all the audiences are in the dark. the camera is on beyonce and not the audiences because you can se beyonce more clearly. in the poster you cant see the stage but you can tell its a stage because of the lights and the dark areas.

4. the story line in the commercial beyonce is singing about diamonds because girls like diamonds and the perfume is called 'Diamonds'. the reason why they chose beyonce to do this advert is because they need a girl to do it and girls like diamonds and they chose her 2 sing because beyonce is a singer.

5. in the adverts and commercial beyonce is wearing a shiny costume so that it matches the diamonds and the lights. beyonces costume is shining on the audience so that all the audiemces attention is on her and shes famous so that everyone knows her.

6. the mise-en-scene in the commercial advert is fast,loud and luxurious. the props that i saw was microphone stand and lights and their was big diamonds in the background because it matches the whole advert and theirs music players because shes singing.

7. In the commercial advert the colours used are silver,black,grey and white it connotates high class.

8. their slogan is called ''can you resist?'' this connotates that they think that we cant resist beyonce,diamonds and the armani perfume.

9. the font of the slogan,the product and brand is straight with upper case letters so people can read it.


the target audience is the women because the advert is targeted at womens.
womens age 20 to 30 would buy the armani perfume.
rich and poor people would buy this armani perfume.
rich upper class people would buy this armani perfume.
people that go partying and clubbing would buy this armani perfume.
the armani perfume is targetting the aspirer and the succeeder.


the advert uses sex appeal.
